Following the success of Tim Burton’s Netflix Series ‘Wednesday’, based on the original Addams Family character, Wednesday Addams, it was soon announced that there would be a second series to follow.
Wednesday Season Two Is Coming
Recently on social media, Netflix announced that ‘Wednesday’ Season Two is now in production, and gave a teaser of cast members and characters who will be returning for the follow-up series.

Netflix Cuts Key Characters From Wednesday Season Two
Surprisingly, some of the series’ biggest characters aren’t making the cut, including Xavier Thorpe played by Percy Hynes White, Sheriff Galpin played by Jamie McShane, and Yoko Tanaka played by Naomi J Ogawa; all of whom survived the events of the series finale. The reason for this change to the casting is currently unknown, however, it makes room for some interesting new names, including Billie Piper, Joanna Lumley and Steve Buscemi, just to name a few.

The casting list was released through a teaser on Netflix’s Instagram account, with a little help from Thing, of course. There is a limited amount of information currently circulating about the new series. However, for now, we know that the premiere of the series will be titled ‘Here We Woe Again’, written by Gough and Millar, and directed by the one and only Tim Burton.
